The Supertub Water Filters are only available in and ships to Singapore and the United States.

If you adding additional water filters to your Supertub order, no additional shipping will be charged.

If you are purchasing additional water filters separately, shipping will be charged based on the total order weight and will be calculated at checkout.

We process the orders every business day to be shipped out next business day. This will typically take 1 to 2 business days for your order to be shipped out from your day of order. You will receive an email confirming your purchase, and once the shipment has been picked up, you will receive a tracking number.
